I have leased an apartment for several years. There is always an increase in rent every year. A high rollover rate with new management coming in every 6 months to a year. You never know what you're going to get. Some managers are really strict, and others will have the patience to work with you. If you're in an outdated apartment, then they won't waive the transfer fee of $500 to change to a more up to date unit. All other prices went up as well (application fee, deposits, pet rent, transfer fees, etc.). You have to make 3 times the base rent a month even to be accepted for a lease. On a positive note, they are continually making improvements to the property. New LED lighting, paint, and roofs are some of those improvements. Granted, they do keep track of hundreds of residents while maintaining a safe living environment. There is also a security patrol on call as well as emergency services when the office is closed

We recently moved out of this place and I can say it is one of the worst places I've lived in before. Their management is completely disorganized. My husband, my son and I were scheduled to move in 7/10/22 when we came to collect our keys on 7/10/22 they were completely unaware that someone was moving in that day AND our apartment was not ready. They asked us if we could wait a couple days and come back. Our UHAUL was already outside full of our stuff, our lease was up at our old place so we didn't have days to wait. Allure did have a vacant apartment available for move in that day that was on the third story because my son was only 2 weeks old we had to accept the offer. When we get into the apartment it was disgustingly dirty, the carpet was lifted and there was a nail sticking out of it. The water at this place is HORRIBLE. My skin became super dry here, my washing machine leaked multiple times throughout the entire time we lived there, this would cause water bugs. Our bathtub was so gross they had to get us a new one. And they never even finished it. I requested our shower back to be put back monthly and everytime they'd work on something else and forget. I WFH so I didn't have time to remind them agai, I was working. The apartment they moved us into was right next to the dog park which reeked. We send in our list of all the stuff that was wrong woth our apt a day later. They came but again didnt finish everything. We had to get the carpet fixed 3 times while living there. Come to our move out date, I took the entire day on 7/4/23 steaming the walls cleaning the carpet and just making sure the place was clean. A couple months later they send a bill for 881$ (after deposit) . For the carpet saying it needed to be replaced. I will show you huys picture of the carpets THEY sent so you can get an idea on why I think it is completely ridiculous to charge me over 1100 (before deposit). When I called to discuss the amount they were charging my the woman who answered was completely rude. As soon as she heard I was calling in about a move out bill she started reading a script about how I will have to contact greystar communities and not them and they cannot help. I did call greystar and thy iare standing by it even when I explained the lack of proof. My living experience here was the worst and not because of the apartment but because of the management and their lack of responsibility and organizatiom. This is a long rant that I truly didn't even want to do but I do not want others to go through what my family went through here

Apartments are very nice. Syd has the most positive attitude. The office manager also very pleasant professional and attentive. I would definitely recommend Allure.

I been living here for 2 and a half years and love the community. It’s quiet and staff is amazing and highly appreciated. Property is kept nice and clean and it’s conveniently located.

Office staff was great during the tour and securing a possible new tenant. Unfortunately after fees were paid the communication was sub par. Before moving in we decided to tour the property a few times to hear from a few existing residents how they liked living there and heard a lot of negative comments regarding interactions with the leasing staff saying, “the worst they have ever dealt with.” My wife read previous reviews about roaches and rats and unfortunately we found out the hard way that one of them was true. While driving through the neighborhood one evening a VERY LARGE rat was crawling down the wall of the building next to the one we were lined up to move into. When we notified the office of this and that we were no longer interested in moving there they refused to refund our administrative fee and were not reactive at all to the fact we encountered this large rat at all and acted if it was a normal thing.

Being new to Arizona I truly feel like I could not have picked a more perfect place to live. The location is great. The staff is amazing!!! The community is welcoming. Everything you would want when moving to a new city. All boxes checked!!! Happy to say I live here at Allure and plan on staying for a while!!

Worst rental experience I’ve ever had. App process took several weeks after I did a tour & was discriminated against for having small business income instead of a regular job. April, the manager literally said “most people just work.” I was told I was approved by Jayden, who is sweet & professional. After calling back to check status of app, Chesika, who was rude & unprofessional — told me we actually weren’t approved due to income. After speaking to manager, April, suddenly we were approved again. And that was just the FIRST bad experience. Community was filthy & loud due to kids running around without parental supervision. Several times, the fitness center was smelly/filthy, & closed during hours it said it was open. Someone hit & run my car in the parking lot. Chesika was consistently rude to the point where we had to go over her head & contact Greystar headquarters to get her to fix her attitude. Loud neighbors, cockroaches, dishwasher broke several times during our lease, random fees, + so much more! Lease at your own risk.
